Acceptable Use Policy
CloudNexs service context
CloudNexs focuses on Android launch readiness, APK checks, screenshots/logs, report, severity, suggested fixes, and retest planning.
This policy is written for public review before production launch and does not open DNS, production, live payment, public API write actions, or MCP costful/write tools.
Uploaded APK files and reports
Users may upload only Android APK files they own or have permission to test when upload execution is available.
Reports can contain technical logs, screenshots, issue details, severity, and suggested fixes; real report history requires trusted auth/session/API ownership boundaries.
Payments and refunds
live payment is not enabled. Draft pricing and credit concepts are informational until owner approval.
Refund handling will depend on the final approved payment provider, confirmed charge records, service availability, and published terms before public launch.
Acceptable use and limits
Users must not upload malware, stolen apps, unauthorized content, abusive traffic, or files intended to attack systems.
CloudNexs may block unsafe usage, enforce quotas, retain logs for security, and require support review at support@cloudnexs.com.
Current launch gate
public launch is not approved. Public DNS, production traffic, live payment, public API write actions, and MCP costful/write tools require explicit owner approval in later phases.
